Return & Refund

We only allow for returns and exchanges if you have either received the wrong items for your order, or if you've received defective products (i.e. bottle with broken seal or expired products). Kindly fill up our RMA form here and our customer service will get back to you in 3-5 days on how to do so! For more details, please visit our Terms of Use here.

Please note that your refund will be processed via the original payment method– if you paid by Visa, then your refund will be made via Visa as well. Depending on your bank's processing time, the refund can take about 5-10 business day.
