2. Can I change my payment method?
No, the payment method for an order cannot be amended once the order has been submitted.
3. Why did my payment fail and what should I do?

There are a few possible reasons why your payment was unsuccessful:

a) Your connection may have dropped during checkout, or
b) Your card may have been rejected.

If you are still having trouble placing an order after multiple attempts, please do contact our customer service at service@5hourintl.com

4. Are my credit/debit card details secure?
Please be assured that our appointed payment gateway provider has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payment industry.
5. When will my credit card be charged?
When you place an order, we will request authorisation to charge the order amount from your credit card company. Once we receive approval, we will then reserve the amount on your card until the item is ready to ship. Your card will be charged only when your order is awaiting shipment from our warehouse!
6. Can I change my billing address?
Your billing address is the registered address under your credit/debit card. Please ensure that your billing address is correct at the time of placing your order. Once your order has been confirmed, your billing address cannot be changed as it would have already been authorised by your credit card company.
7. Can I place an order using a non-Singapore credit card?
